dyllanneI was awake at 6am. I decided to take some paracetamol as there was a bit of discomfort, but to be honest not as much as I thought there would be. I had visions of me being in constant agony. My shoulder is fine. I've been doing my exercises, but so far there seems to be no stiffness or difficulty in putting my hands over my head. There also doesn't seem to be any numbness in my hand which I feared greatly.
I went back to bed, but couldn't get back to sleep so I got up at 7.
I sent my husband a shopping list so he could do that. I got the washing on and then I sat down and watched TV for the rest of the day. I took some ibuprofen at 12 but just because I could feel some tenderness. Haven't tried putting on a bra yet.
